OUR QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of Barnfield Engineering Services Limited to operate its business under an efficient and effective quality system meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and BSEN1090 and to ensure that the company meets and exceeds the ongoing expectations and requirements of its clients.

All employees shall be made aware of the need to maintain a high level of performance and shall be required to carry out their duties in accordance with the defined procedures.

Barnfield Engineering Services Limited aim to maintain their profile in the Water Services Industry by striving to improve their reputation and reduce non-compliances by continually reviewing and improving the Quality Management System while ensuring that staff perform their duties efficiently and effectively to the mutual benefit of the Company and its Customers.

The Quality Management System has the unanimous support of the Contract Managers who shall ensure that all employees are made aware of the need to maintain a high level of performance and shall be required to carry out their duties in accordance with the defined procedures.

The QMS Manual and associated procedures accurately and adequately describe the system in use by the company to meet the requirements.

It shall be the responsibility of the HSEQ Manager to act as Management Quality Representative, under the control of the Quality Director, for the company to monitor the implementation and continuous review of the procedures to maintain the quality of service and compliance with the required standards, and to ensure that employees at all levels understand the requirements of the company.

The Management will create a framework to set quality objectives and review them on a regular basis. Management will maintain its awareness of statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure that the Company continues to meet its obligations.

The company is committed to satisfying all applicable requirements and continually improving the QMS.
